I made a slideshow so you can see some of the good food I had at the Fontainbleau Las Vegas and some restaurants close by. A good two hours of the Mary J. The financial story unfolding behind the brand was far less polished. Founders need to have enough financial fluency to recognize when the business story doesn’t make sense.
