Welcome to the #CareerConvos™️ Experience
Career guidance for the things you're expected to know but nobody showed you.
When I started my career in Accounting, I quickly realized the game went far beyond debits and credits. Success came from understanding the behind-the-scene conversations happening before the meeting started. From learning how to communicate with executives, earning trust across departments, managing personalities up, down, and sideways, and recognizing opportunities that weren't written into a job description - all those things that you won't find in the Employee Handbook.
My lived-in career experience include growing through exceptional leadership, poor leadership, promotions, setbacks, reorganizations, executive meetings, hiring decisions, difficult conversations, and learning what separates professionals who consistently advance from those who quietly stay in the same place.
That's the perspective I bring into every coaching relationship.
5 Keys to Success in Your Accounting Job
Success isn’t just about technical skills - it’s about navigating corporate politics, advocating for yourself, and doing the work regardless of who celebrates it. Go from good to unstoppable.
Leadership With or Without the Sexy Title
You're the leader - whether you have the title or not. Whether you’re the go-to person on your team or running the show, learn how to lead authentically and leave an impression that lasts.
Managing Your Manager: The Skill No One Talks About
Your boss may not have the answers, gall, or desire to manage you. Regardless, ask for what you need, initiate conversations, and show your boss how you're adding value.
When Corporate Professionals Find Me...
It's usually at a transition point where they're preparing for a promotion internally, a new external opportunity, or settling into a leadership role they weren't prepared for.
There's also the situations where Accounting and Finance professionals tell me they're frustrated with feeling stuck and not knowing what their next move needs to be. You know you're capable of something bigger and navigating challenges, microaggressions, and corporate politics is exhausting.
Every coaching relationship starts with understanding where you are today and where you're trying to go. That conversation gives us space to get to know each other, talk through your goals, understand what's bringing you to coaching, and determine whether we're the right fit to work together. If you haven't already, schedule your introductory coaching session so we can see if we mutually agree to work together.
What's Included in Career Coaching

Developing executive presence.

Managing your manager.
-
Navigating corporate life dynamics.
Investing in Career Coaching
Career coaching is one of the few investments that continues paying dividends long after the engagement ends. The work we do together supports the goals in front of your now while continuing to shape how you operate int he long run. The decisions you make today influence future promotions, leadership opportunities, compensation, executive relationships, and the way you show up throughout your career.
Every recommendation I share has been shaped by experiences I've lived, conversations I've had, teams I've led, and lessons I've learned throughout my own career. My goal is to help you navigate your career with the benefit of perspective that usually comes only after years of experience.
You're investing in better decisions, perspectives earned through experience, and most importantly YOURSELF.
The investment for three-month coaching engagements begins at $3,600.
*Payment options may be available for select coaching engagements. If you'd like to discuss what's available, we'll cover that during your Coaching Intro Session.
Professional Development Sponsorship
Many employers provide funding for professional development each year. Career coaching often qualifies for reimbursement because the work we do strengthens leadership, communication, decision making, and professional effectiveness. Whether your organization has an established professional development budget or you've never asked before, I encourage you to submit your coaching investment for reimbursement. To make that conversation easier, I've created a reimbursement request template you can share with your manager or HR team.
