My work sits at the intersection of Accounting, career development, leadership, financial literacy, and lived-in experience. Through my corporate Accounting experience, I’ve led corporate finance transformations, Accounting ERP implementations, and post merger integrations for global billion dollar brands, private equity companies, and innovative startups.
My Accounting expertise and writing have been featured in Forbes, T Mobile, Bloomberg Accounting & Tax, Coursera, and the Journal of Accountancy. I also coach aspiring accountants as they prepare for their careers and CPA exam - and my CPA exam coaching program had a 100% pass rate in its inaugural quarter in 2018.
I’m a Top 40 Under 40 award recipient in the Accounting profession, and I serve on the AICPA’s Academic Executive Committee and as President of the Georgia Society of CPAs Atlanta Chapter. I also host #CareerConvos™️ with Nikki, a top rated career podcast where I share unfiltered career advice for Accounting and Finance professionals.
My commitment to this work extends beyond titles and accomplishments. I care deeply about helping people build careers, businesses, and lives that feel aligned with who they are and where they’re going. I proudly serve on the board supporting minority scholarship programs at The Ohio State University, and co-lead an online community that provides a safe and soft landing place for Black women to just BE.
